A proposal to erect a dwelling, barn and polytunnel to enable the appellant and his family to live in a self-sufficient manner in Pembrokeshire was dismissed because it would undermine the scenic qualities of the area and the growing of crops appeared to be problematic given soil and climatic conditions.
