Minister dismisses 'bindustry' report

A report claiming that only one council in England is considering taking up the government's offer of accepting funding to return to weekly rubbish collections has been dismissed by local government minister Brandon Lewis as a "misleading survey, commissioned by the fortnightly bindustry".
