New coal washing plant allowed enabling Ffos Y Fran coals to meet steelworks requirements

Caerphilly County Borough Council has granted permission for a new coal washing plant at Miller Argent's Cwmbargoed coal processing and distribution centre, near Merthyr Tydfil despite local resident's concerns about cumulative effects.
