No justification found for deposit of soils in Hertfordshire green belt

An application seeking to allow 58,258 tonnes of inert waste soils to be imported for construction of a soil shelf at Dog Kennel Farm, Hitchin, has been refused by Hertfordshire County Council because it would fail to maintain the openness of the green belt.
