North London Waste Plan 'needs to co-operate'

The inspector hearing the inquiry into the North London Waste Plan has ruled that the seven boroughs involved in the plan do have a duty to co-operate with waste authorities outside London, and has now given them until 27 July to explain how they have co-operated so far.
