On-shore wind energy pipeline needs to be sustained

A scheme involving the erection of nine wind turbines with a total generating capacity of up to 22.5MW was permitted in Bedfordshire, an inspector concluding that it was necessary to ensure that appropriate schemes were granted consent in order to ensure that the national renewable energy targets were met.
