Parking permit restriction unnecessary

The developer of a pub conversion scheme in west London succeeded in removing a condition which had been imposed on two planning permissions and which restricted the ability of future occupiers to apply for a parking permit, an inspector ruling that this was unreasonable and unnecessary.
