Permanent permission granted given site constraints

Two appeals involving the removal of two conditions imposed on temporary planning permissions for the siting of caravans in the Kent countryside were allowed after an inspector decided that there was little harm associated with making them permanent. She also allowed an increase in the number of caravans on each site to a maximum of four.
