Plasma plant gets ROCs pre-accreditation

A combined energy from waste and recycling plant which it is claimed will be the first in the UK to use plasma vitrification to make use of air pollution residues has been approved for pre-accreditation under the renewable obligation certificate scheme (ROCs) by energy regulator Ofgem.
