Play equipment decking height exceeds limitations

In deciding not to issue a LDC confirming that the erection of children's play equipment within the garden of a house in north London was lawful, an inspector decided that certain aspects of the development breached Class E of Part 1 to Schedule 2 of the GPDO 1998. However, a LDC was issued in respect of a summerhouse.
