Project finance man joins LWARB board

Melville Haggard, a government adviser on project financing whose remit has included advising DEFRA on finance waste and energy infrastructure, has been appointed to the London Waste and Recycling Board (LWARB) along with Barbara Anderson, a commercial board director with strong experience in the technology sector.
