Rare Earths - Surveyors in plea for rare earth recycling

An RICS submission to the government's science and technology committee has warned that the government's target to achieve 15 per cent renewable energy by 2020 may not be possible unless action is taken to recycle some of the planet's rare earth metals (REMs).
