Recycling site appeal dismissed on amenity grounds

A retrospective application for change of use of land for storage, crushing, screening and processing of construction materials and the production of recycled aggregate has been dismissed on appeal, an inspector finding that the proposal was contrary to policies seeking to protect residential amenity.
