Report gives new ideas for London recycling

The amount of London's waste going to landfill has been reduced by a quarter from its peak, and London councils are recycling more than ever before, but more needs to be done if the capital is to meet targets that include recycling or composting 45 per cent of municipal waste by 2015, a report suggests.
