Restriction on permitted goods largely maintained

In deciding to uphold an appeal involving the variation in the range of goods which could be sold from a retail warehouse in south Wales, an inspector decided that the availability of a sequentially preferable site within a town centre was potentially available which ruled out the appellants' desire to significantly widen the range of goods which could be sold.
