Retention of over tipped material held to be unecessary for restoration

An application to retain 280,000 cubic metres of overtipped material at Bunkers Hill quarry, Hertford has been refused by Hertfordshire County Council due to harm to the green belt and because the proposed landform was out of character with the surrounding landscape.
