Roadmap to a Resource Efficient Europe under spotlight

The European Commission's Roadmap to a Resource Efficient Europe is a commendable plan but does not set tough enough targets or engage business enough in decoupling economic growth from resource use says Dutch MEP Gerben-Jan Gerbrandy, who is working up a resolution on the issue.
