Sand and gravel extraction at Wall Heath considered to be contrary to green belt policies

Officers have recommended that Staffordshire County Council refuse an application for extraction of sand and gravel, recycling of aggregate and disposal of inert waste at Mile Flat, Wall Heath because it would result in an unacceptable cumulative impact on local residents and would not preserve the openness of the green belt.
