Scottish town centre trends and issues bulletin issued

GVA have published their annual Scottish Town Centres Bulletin. It provides a picture of retail floorspace development pipeline trends and activity between 2009 and the present day. As in previous years, this bulletin focuses on the trends and issues that have been affecting Scotland's town centres over the past 12 months.
