Setting harm prevents wind farm development

The impact of four wind turbines in Dorset was held by an inspector to adversely affect the setting of the Cranborne Chase and West Wiltshire Downs AONB and a grade I listed church which were sufficient to outweigh the need for increased renewable energy.
