Solar panels consent on listed barn finely balanced

An array of solar panels was consented on an L-shaped barn sited within the curtilage of an appellant's grade II listed farmhouse in Northamptonshire, an inspector concluding that although his decision was finely balanced, the benefits of generating electricity from a renewable source weighed in its favour.
