Store opening hours' impact on centre's vitality examined

In allowing an appeal by Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd involving an increase in the opening hours of one of its stores in Hampshire, an inspector decided that there was little evidence to support the council's claim that it would adversely impact upon the vitality and viability of a district centre.
