Takeaway secured in vacant retail unit in prime location

The change of use of a shop in a primary shopping area of a town in Suffolk to a takeaway was approved on the basis that although there were a high proportion of non-retail uses in the centre, it was better to allow beneficial occupation of a vacant unit.
