Tesco wins in Stokes Croft

A judicial review challenge to Bristol City Council's decision to allow a service yard adjacent to retail premises in the Stokes Croft area of the city was thrown out in the High Court. Without the service yard Tesco would not have been able to open the store in the Tesco Express format.
