Thames visitor centre harms setting of listed bridge

Retrospective permission for a café and restaurant at a river Thames visitor centre housed in a barge near Richmond Bridge in southwest London was turned down because it would reduce the openness of metropolitan open land and harm the setting of the listed bridge.
