More time allowed for completion of legal agreement delayed by pandemic

Essex County Council has allowed more time to conclude a legal agreement in respect of a proposal to extract 3.8 million tonnes of sand and gravel from an easterly extension to Wivenhoe quarry followed by restoration involving importation of inert waste.
