Time limit on drinking establishment reasonable

An inspector decided that it was appropriate to retain a condition imposed on a planning permission which authorized use of a restaurant in Dorset to operate as a drinking establishment concluding that the impact on the amenity of local residents should be reviewed after a temporary period.
