Two extensions judged lawful despite physical attachment

Two LDCs were issued in respect of separate single storey side extension to two semi-detached houses in northwest London despite the council's claim that they formed a single structure which failed to comply with Class A of Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the GPDO 2008.
