Unauthorised change of use of land by importation, deposit, storage and recycling of waste

A planning inspector has held that a site within the green belt has a lawful use for the importation, deposit, storage and recycling of waste and that operational development including the erection of gates, fences and the construction of a concrete hardstanding would cause no significant harm to the character and appearance of the area.
