Undeveloped nature and rolling character gives landscape value

In acknowledging that the national planning policy framework (NPPF) did not define what was meant by a 'valued landscape' an inspector has decided that part of the Gloucestershire countryside which was locally valued would be adversely affected by the siting of polytunnels and the construction of two reservoirs to serve an established farm enterprise.
