Upland coalfield plateau re-industrialisation claim rejected

The erection of seven wind turbines in south Wales was permitted, the claim by local residents that it would lead to the re-industrialisation of a former mining landscape being rejected by an inspector who concluded that the scheme involved a form of clean and renewable energy.
