Urban extension supports housing land supply need

Following recovery of an appeal involving the erection of up to 800 dwellings together with the construction of a local shopping centre and a primary school in Warwickshire, the secretary of state agreed with one of his inspectors that the scheme would assist in meeting a shortage of housing in the district.
