Vale of Glamorgan forced to pay costs on shale appeal

A planning inspector has allowed an appeal over a proposed gas exploration in the Vale of Glamorgan and awarded costs against the council for putting too much weight on initial concerns raised about groundwater contamination by Dyr Cymru Waste Water (DCWW) that had not been substantiated.
