Variations allowed to Rotherham MBT facility

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council has allowed variations to a permission for a waste treatment and renewable energy facility currently being built in the city as part of the Barnsley, Doncaster and Rotherham mechanical biological waste treatment project.
