Waste oil processing facility at Ellesmere Port set for approval

Cheshire West and Cheshire Council has granted delegated authority to the Development Planning Manager to approve an application for processing of waste oils near Ellesmere Port, subject to re-advertisement of revisions showing larger capacity.
