Waste planning will need more attention in NPPF than any other planning sector

While ministerial planner-bashing has a somewhat familiar feel, Daily Telegraph and Women's Institute campaigns against a draft planning policy represent something more remarkable. The suggested presumption in favour of sustainable development is being widely seen as something, well, not sustainable.
