Waste and recycling transfer station

Buckinghamshire County Council has deferred its decision on a proposal to use a former railway yard and agricultural machinery yard as a waste and recycling transfer station. It was recommended for refusal because an open-countryside location was not thought justified. However, members deferred the application subject to proof that no alternative site existed.
