West Norfolk ups ante in incinerator dispute

The ongoing dispute over Norfolk County Council's plans to site an EfW incinerator outside King's Lynn took a new turn last night after King's Lynn & West Norfolk councillors instructed officers to look at mounting a judicial review of Environment Secretary Caroline Spelman's decision to fund the proposal after all.
