Wind farm accords with Scotland's renewable energy drive

The Scottish Ministers allowed a wind-powered electricity generating station in southwest Scotland under section 36 of the Electricity Act 1989, finding that it accorded with their aim of achieving a thriving renewables industry in Scotland.
