Wind farm rejected on landscape harm

The Scottish Ministers accepted their reporter's recommendation and declined to grant consent under section 36 of the Electricity Act 1989 for a wind farm electricity generating station in the Scottish highlands. Accordingly, no deemed planning permission was therefore granted.
