Yorkshire council approves housing at quarry site

Calderdale Council has resolved to approve a hybrid application for engineering works to recover a former quarry and to develop up to 75 houses on the site, subject to a legal agreement being completed covering affordable housing, highway, biodiversity and open space requirements.
